- The Connected Home Monitor scan is not working.
- Make sure your home network is correctly identified as a home network in your ESET product. The scan will not complete if your home network is identified as a public network.
- Make sure you are not attempting to run a scan on a public network.
- Why doesn't my device show up in the list of connected devices?
If your device is not showing up in the list of connected devices, check to be sure your devices are turned on. A device may not show up if it does not respond to the way ESET is searching the network. The device mapping by ESET Connected Home Monitor is dependent on the way your network is set up. For example, your router may have the ability to host more than one logical network.
